Absolutely awful, took three trips and cost me over $200 in lost income to fix a nail in my tire. And at the end I was told it really wasn’t their problem that it wasn’t done right the first time...or the second when I called to ask specifically what to do. Zero accountability for them failing to do their job the first two times. Definitely going back to Costco tires after this.
