there service sucked and they wouldn't be honest with me. Caught them lying and then they started giving me excuses. lost the tire they sold me, didn't have an upgrade in stock. have to go to a different discount tire to pick up tire and etc. Waited almost 4 hours for them and they told me 1 hour max when I got there.
been to disct before, just not so satisfied with this location on 91st and Northern. they are super slow and have no kind of communication skills. they told me I Would be done in 45 min. but I am still waiting after an hour!! I will not be back, if I didn't need my tire fixed I would leave!!

RecommendedMy son had a blow out on the Loop 101 and his spare was flat. We took the spare in and Rene was amazing, quickly had the tire fixed at no charge!! Rene saves the day!! Thank you!!
Well we do have to come back tho! Our tires we bought someone snagged them . So getting them from another Discount Store for this afternoon! But promised us to get them this afternoon!
EVERY TIME I bring a tire in for repair, your people, apparently paid on commissions of tire sales, say my tires are not repairable and I need new ones. Last time, he was saying BEFORE even seeing the tire that I would probably need new tires- saying it's the end of the month and all he wants to do is sell tires. Why was that tire not repairable- due to Ozone cracking. He said that would impact the bead of the tire- what? Worst service, took longer then given, lack of communication between employees, many employees here and maybe 3 are working. Came during the week expecting faster service ... nope! Won’t come back to this location and been a Discount tire customer for years.... recommend training in soft skills Yes from mgr to staff.
