been going here for over a decade, and the tires have been good enough to require extremely few visits to my local dealer. I sometimes go years without needing anything, but when I do, they always fix it, and the prices for a new set are always reasonable.
I hit something on the interstate near Windcrest, TX around 4:30 AM destroying both left tires. Fortunately I was almost at an exit and managed to get off the interstate. I was even more fortunate to find a Discount Tire dealer next door to a 24-hour IHOP restaurant. We hung out at the IHOP (free WiFi!) until Discount Tire opened. They found matching tires (not easy for a Jaguar XKR) and had me back on the road in an hour! They are my Tire Heroes! ;)
They was very friendly, knowledgable, and very fast with their service, Mike Carnes is a good guy
15 minute wait for the free air tire check is a bit much? Why offer it if no one will do it.
