I'm sorry I always go to this location and they have good service but after getting a balance and rotation as soon as I got on I35 my jeep started shaking like it was falling apart. Went to another location and they said my 2 front wheels were way off balanced. Now she drives like she should. Have a blessed day �
The guys here at the Walzem location have always taken great care of us!!!
Went to just go get pricing on some rims and tires. Ended up walking out with 20's and new tires. Mike was super helpful. He worked around my budget and found me the rims I was looking for. Ask for Mike if you go he knows his stuff!
I went in today to get new tires put on my car all of the guys were super respectful and they gave the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time!!
I ask if they offered milarty discount, was told no by a salesmen, a gentlemen right after me was offer the military discount by the same salesmen that help me, and they for for got to rotate my spare with another tire after i pay 4 service, now i have to go back :( note: management did right by discount only after i told him about it :(
