Discount tires had become the only place we go for tires. Great customer service and great service from the shop. I moved from Tenn and always used them while living there. My wife was in the road while making a 7000 mile trip in 3 states and while she was in Wis we had a new set put on before heading to Tenn before coming back the Colorado. Both our sons use them as well.
Made an appointment earlier in the day for 4:30 was packed with people but still got it in pretty quick got out around 5:20- 5:30 after getting 4 new tires , Alot better service here than what I received from the Garbage Big O on Bowles and Kipling if you want shotty incorrect work take it to Big O otherwise I'd suggest coming here instead !
They work so hard and always super professional!!!!!!
Had a flat tire store manager said that he couldn't repair run flat tires and went on to try to sell me 1500 worth of tires. Went to my dealership and they repaired with no issues. Had I had to buy new tires dealership would have been $400 cheaper. Stay away from these commissioned hungry sales people. Shame on discount from going from an awesome customer living company to a bunch of greedy corporations. Never will I go to your company again and I plan on telling 500 people!!!!
