This is an amazing store! Management helped me with the issue I had with the bill with NO problem! You can tell all the employees care about their customers!! I was missing a lug nut and they gave me one for free! They got my truck done hours before my appointment was scheduled (they had to order the tire in and called me when they received it) I will definitely continue coming here! LOVE the service

The service by the staff was great. They ran across an issue with my tires and then provided a couple of resolutions. Nice to experience this. The manager should be proud of the staff. A job well done.
I arrived just before closing to see if I could still get tires changed on my 3/4 ton truck.. “No problem” he said. While waiting I also inquired about tires for another car. That one is scheduled tomorrow when I have the car. I’ve used nothing but Discount tires for 40 years now, and I won’t stop.
