If you're driving thru Weslaco with your car telling you that you have low tire pressure, holy crap don't stop here. Risk it and go to Harlingen or Mcallen. Low tire pressure. Drove in with a possible puncture. I have warranty. Now that I'm here, put all tires to 42psi. 2.5 hours later, I grab my keys that have been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. I leave, only to see my tires were not inflated as I asked. I returned to have them filled up, but waiting for 5 minutes for someone to attend to me, I left again. I'd proba... read more
Horrible customer service. Aside from the fact that I got a different size tire put on my vehicle. I had to wait for them to order the right size when they said they had it "in stock". Never got the call that they came in even though I requested it. Really would've preferred a refund. But once they're on the vehicle, your pretty much stuck with them. What a way to make a customer feel reassured with their purchase. Last time I will be doing business with Discount Tire. Highly unsatisfied.
Super fast and friendly, but it does get busy there.
Bought my tires way way back and they still rotate and check my tires for free...these guys are awesome!
