Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Love it.
Got me in quick and was very helpful! Answered all my questions effectively
They are always so polite and professional. Always recommended to my friend's from Brownsville to mcallen an San Antonio to corpus Christi.
Poor customer service. Nobody offered to help. 5 guys standing around talking including mgr. Buying 4 tires somewhere else.
Great customer service they help you out as soon as they can fast., got my tires there for both of my cars.

Horrible customer service. Aside from the fact that I got a different size tire put on my vehicle. I had to wait for them to order the right size when they said they had it "in stock". Never got the call that they came in even though I requested it. Really would've preferred a refund. But once they're on the vehicle, your pretty much stuck with them. What a way to make a customer feel reassured with their purchase. Last time I will be doing business with Discount Tire. Highly unsatisfied.
Super fast and friendly, but it does get busy there.
Bought my tires way way back and they still rotate and check my tires for free...these guys are awesome!
