I had the best experience at Discount recently. I went in about two weeks ago to get a quote for three new tires. Rigo took care of me and he was very informative, broke down all the info for me, gave me a few options at different prices and didn't make me feel pressured in the least bit. I left with good information from a friendly sales person. I got two nails in one of my tires on Monday and took it to Discount to have it patched. Do your salesman use scare tactics to women to make a sale? That was my experience today. Your employee was trying to scare me to make a unnecessary $300 sale saying that it was the only place that would sale it that cheap. When Pep boys sold it brand new for $90. He kept saying how it was a “safety hazard” and I got opinions of actual professional mechanics saying that he was just saying nonsense just to make a sale.
