This place is the worst!! After over 30 years of purchasing tires and getting them serviced here, my father in law was turned down for a balance and rotation on a tire just because it was slightly worn. The tire was purchased at this location not even that long ago!! And of course we had the worst experience with the boy working the table! Carson needs to learn Customer Service!! I don’t recommend anyone go here unless you’re desperate or want to be treated like crap!!
Our car blew a flat tire as we were driving down Collins. Once we got the spare tire on we drove to Discount Tire. It was very busy but they worked hard to help everyone and pay attention to each customer in detail. We had one flat tire and 3 tires with low tread. The atmosphere in the waiting area and the garage were positive. The workers were friendly and helpful all around in what could have been a very stressful situation. We live that they play KLTY too!

I came in to discount tire at 7:30am to make sure I was one of the first to be seen...... When I arrived, there was only one customer here before me. Upon opening, others had arrived and I was the LAST to be taken care of. The whole reason I showed up 30 minutes early was because I had to be at work early. Thanks for the terrible service.
