Went in today with an appointment and was treated like a low class citizen. I waited over 7 minutes before being waited on, while the service rep carried on with the guy in front of me (general chit chat mind you), then was condescended to. The guy in front of me was told 20 minutes for 4 new tires--I had an appointment and was told 30-45 minutes (took about 40min) for 2 nails in 2 tires. Seriously??
