We received excellent customer service from Justin Shelby at the Douglasville, GA location. He went above and beyond to take care of me, my daughter and two grand babies. We had just left after having a damaged tire replaced (great warranty by the way). Our tire light didn't go off so we went right back to the store. Justin brought us right into a bay, checked the tire pressure on all the tires and he found the other side was bad. He didn't have anyone to replace it so he did it himself!!
