They were my life savers. Being a single woman can be hard sometimes but they took suck good care of me when I got a nail in my tire they completely replaced the tire with a new one and because I had the warranty I only paid for a new warranty which was under $13. These guys are such a blessing!
Got 4 brand new tires at the Hiram location. Felt very shaky and took it to the Douglasville location. Turns out the tires were not calibrated correctly at Hiram location. They took all 4 off and correctly mounted them and my truck drives perfectly! I will only be going to the Douglasville location because of their experience and dedication to the customer.
The wait was longer than expected but the customer service is second to none. Friendly, knowledgeable, and apologetic about the wait. Thank you!
