I bought my first set of tires for my Honda 3 years ago at the Knightdale store. Great service there. And great service at the Wake Forest location. This was my 2nd visit to Wake Forest location. I had a tire replaced and was in and out in 30 minutes. Very friendly staff.
I went there on a Saturday morning to have a flat fixed, they were all so friendly and fast. They didn't even charge me to plug my tire! Great customer service. I'll definitely go back.
I brought my suv in for a set of new tires yesterday. They were unable to remove the driver side rear tire due to 3 cross threaded lugs. The damage was done at another Discount location last year. The Wake Forest team sent me to a nearby repair shop and took care of replacing the damaged wheel studs. This is one of the many reasons I only buy my tires from Discount Tire
