best place to buy tires
Been a long time customer. That changed today after waiting for over 2 hours to get 1 tire changed only to find out the guys in the shop had already changed it and not told anyone inside. Thanks for wasting my afternoon guys.

Terrible communication.....if short on staff let your customer know then the customer can determine to stay for service or come another day last time come here... don't recommend

Without an appt, I walked in and asked if they would rotate, balance and put air in my tires. There were 5 cars ahead of mine so was told it would be about an hour and 15 minute wait. 40 minutes later, they were done!! Thanks Discount Tire!
Failed to actually inspect the tires and rims when I brought it in and specifically asked them to do so -- resulting in my purchasing the car with a bent rim. Failed to balance the tires at that time. AND then, sold me a warranty for said tires and just now said that a tire that's been losing air for the last few weeks is fine and there's no leak.
