I have been a discount tire customer for over 10 years. Staff has always been friendly and never tried to upsell anything to me. Service is fast. I have never had a bad experience at any of their locations.

Friday morning before Labor Day I walk-in without an appointment at 8:15 for tire rotation & balancing. I am driving away at 8:55. I purchased my tires here and therefore every time I get an oil change I get this service. The computer system was completely down but that did not slow down the staff who treated me courteously & efficiently. Thank you! I appreciate you! Have an amazing holiday weekend!
I'm new in town/Texas, and alone until the rest of the family can join me. I got home yesterday to a hissing and flat tire. AAA came out, changed it and recommended you. My husband said go back the the big warehouse where they were bought. At work, several people recommended you. Imagine my surprise when there was no charge to fix my tire. I am blown away at the customer sevice at this location!! My husband called in advance to price tires. Miles was extremely helpful over the phone so we told them we were on our way to get tires on both of our vehicles. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately by the team. They knew our names, the vehicles we were driving, and the tires we were purchasing in advance and immediately got started replacing our tires. After taking, my Lexus in several time for low tire pressure all they(99) did was add air. The light came on again and I took it to Discount on Hwy 6. They actually took all the tires off and checked them (nail in one tire). I didn't get the excuse it's because of the weather b.s. I am dropping the one on 99 and going to the one on Hwy 6. They actually work on your car in finding the issue with your tires.
