Tire shops always seem to get a hard wrap. These guys are great and friendly. In and out with 4 new tires, no haggling and honesty. Mr. Robert was awesome.
Came in today because I was referred to this location by a friend of mine. My sales person was Timothy Ebert (TJ) and he did such a great job. Excellent customer service.Helped get me better tires than I was looking to get inside of my budget. Very knowledgeable of the tires and all the products. He was extremely helpful. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I can’t say enough nice things about Discount Tire! Twice they have patched my tires at NO CHARGE!!! This is my first time at this Discount Tire near my new house — Grand Parkway and Bellaire. The service is excellent. Quick, polite, and efficient. I will only come here when I need new tires! Thank you, Discount Tire, for taking such good care of me and getting me to work not too late!
