Very professional. Got the nail out and didn't charge me anything. I have always used discount tires. They do not pressure you to buy what you don't really need.

long wait. Customer service was not good there. I waited over two hours there before even looking at my vehicle.

Rarely will I write a bad review, but today I must. I waited 1.5 hours for a quick tire patch. They must have pretended to work on it because I still have the same large nail in my tire. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, I will never trust a Discount Tire again.
