Never enough people in the front, you have one on the phone. So I went to Dylan who was available, but he’d rather do paperwork then tend to the customer in front of him.

I have been going to discount tire since 1988. I have had excellent customer service until the end of 2017. Today I had an appointment at 330 to get my tires rotated and balanced. I got off work early and stopped at discount to see if I could get in then. I was told no so I asked to cancel the appoinment. Then I was told they would work me in. After 45 minutes I asked how much longer and I was told 330. Not sure why they thought I was going to wait 3 1/2 hours when I told them to cancel. Thinking of becoming a Firestone cust... read more
Spent $1,000 on new tires for 2004 Ford Expedition, in one month only less then 300 miles on a 6,000 mile warranty my back passenger tire steam valve is leaking air... Guy tells me I need new rims!!!! How are my did my rims go bad and how is a "professional" gonna ask if I want new steam valves after they "replaced" that day... Still gonna go back to discount tire just not this one!
Long wait.... Then when explaining the warranty it’s always a grey area.. Rarely have I been to discount tire and actually got a discount 🤨👀
