Fast, courteous service without the up-sale factor! Been here a few times and it's always a fair deal!
I love the service I get at discount tires! I have had to use them 3 times now. Once to purchase tires and twice because of a nail in a tire. They are always friendly and quick!
I have always used Discount Tire and they've always been great but this particular location stayed open after closing so I could get a refund on a tire order I had to cancel! They'll get the money back next time I tire shop for sure!!

had a new set of tires and tpms sensors installed in my 2007 explorer only to have to go back 3 more times because the sensors did not sync with the computer..after the 3rd time it was decided to reinstall the factory band type sensors...well after waiting 10 days for them to be shipped went back for install only to have the same problem...took it to another shop to try and get it diagnosed only to find out the proper ones never was installed and also had to pay them 60 bucks for them to check it out so here's yet another tr... read more

These employees are awesome. They are very professional, have a sense of urgency, and do not "oversell" you. Will definitely come back.
ONE STAR minus ONE~ For years we played the Discount Tire rotation games, constantly having blowouts, flats, and prorated replacements WAY too often.... the tires they sell are just defective or something.... just recently after a relative gave us a car with a "plan" at Discount Tire did we go back and they tell us something's wrong with 2 of the tires (just passed inspection oddly enough!) so we go to our new tire store and they dispute anything being wrong with the tires....conicidence?
