RecommendedFast, friendly and very professional! I punctured a tire on my way home. Called several (6) tire dealers to price tires for my new ride. I was shocked to learn the prices of 18” tires, but was also delighted at the rebates offered by Discount Tire. My questions were answered, my warranty explained, and I was in and out in less than an hour! With 4 new Michelin tires. Will certainly recommend them to my family and friends!
Just wanted to let you know I was in on Friday to see if you could repair a very slow leaking tire. I was told that it was unrepairable and given option to buy new tire for around $160. Also informed it’s usually best to buy 2 tires at once to help with balance/ wear. I told him I’d be back on Saturday to have this done. I left and went to Roadmaster Tire for a second opinion and they were able to fix this for $10! Needless to say I will Never return to any of your stores again! As most Jeep owners know. Oversized tires make it tough to keep the wheels balanced. Discount Tire offers a rotate and balance deal that is awesome. They saved me after my upgrade where the installers did not even do an initial balance. Well done!

There’s some great people here. I delt specifically this time with Daniel and David. They did an excellent job. Everybody was very patient and informative and helpful. No pushy sales people here. Just information and they acted in my best interest. They gave me a good solid recommendations. They talked to me honestly about cost and cost effectiveness. I had the best experience! The men were extremely nice! They checked the air in all of my tires, patched the 2 that needed it, and replaced my spare tire back under my car! All for free and with smiles on their faces � Great attitudes, fast service, and friendly people...we will definitely be back to do more business with them! Thank you Discount Tire!
I had a “check tire pressure” light come on in my Civic 2 weeks ago and we went to Discount Tire in Monroe, NC.... all 4 tires were checked and air added to the one that was low.... FREE.... Two weeks later the “tire pressure light” came on again... my husband and I thought we probably had a slow leak... once again at Discount Tire, tires checked and the front left tire was low again....
