I had to wait way too long to get a flat fixed, even if there is no charge. Waited in line for several minutes to get air. Finally was asked to pull in, then waited some more. Tech put in air & said the tire had a nail. So I went inside and waited in line. Told the salesman what the tech said, but he wanted to see the tire anyway. Finally got my tire fixed 2 hours later! I went today to get my tire checked out since I have a Warranty on my tire, the staff was great � and I didn't have to wait long. I totally recommend Discount Tire ��
No hassle they get the work done that's the bottom line
Excellent and friendly service as always. It's a busy location, but these guys hustle. The lobby waiting area is always cool and cold water is offered in the mini fridge for all customers, not to mention coffee. I always recommend them to friends and family.
The staff were courteous and the service was thorough . Branden helped me out tremendously.
