I had a 1030 appointment and checked in at 1020 my coworker also had a 1030 and didn’t get here till 1050. His truck was in and out within 30 minutes and my truck still hasn’t been touched. I talked to a different employee and he said sorry and sent the person who checked me in to talk to me and he told me I didn’t say I had an appointment when I told him that was the first thing I said. he said I never told him about a appointment and walked away. It took over a hour for my truck to enter the shop
This place has a great staff and had my tires in stock. 5 stars! Now for the bad. At another location, a while back. I met up with my friend who wanted to buy two $80 tires that she saw online. She got there first and by the time I met her at the counter. The guy already had her set up with a "4 tire and 4 wheel special". It was a complete up sale BS. He saw a female and sales pressured her. I've been back to that location and that person is no longer there.I left the location out to save face. So what I ask is to spread the... read more
