I stopped in to have my tires checked. I knew one had a nail in it, but was unsure of the other three. I sat in the waiting area reading a book while waiting and could hear all the interactions going on. Every employee was courteous and respectful, helpful and polite, even when some of the others customers waiting were grumbling because everything didn't run to the convenience of their schedule. My wait was appropriate, my tire was fixed for free, and I was safely on my way again. Thank you so much.
Sure they found a sneaky nail in the tire's shoulder/side wall, but they got me out the door w/ a free balance/rotation and a replacement Michelin tire for $100. Great service and gave me exactly what I wanted.
Very disappointed in Discount Tire at Blanco and Bitters rd. We have a screw lodged in our tire, 5 guys were there And one of them said they were closed yet he walks over to our truck and proceeds to pull the screw and it starts making a hissing g sound. The guy then taps it back down and says "keep an eye on it and bring it back Monday, we're closing ". Where are all the "Gentlemen"? They couldn't even help a woman in distress, it would have taken 10 to 15min of there time.
Six months ago I purchased a set of tires. Suddenly I'm adding air every week. Went back to the store & learned I had picked up a nail in the sidewalk. As they had assured me when I made my purchase..,they are replacing the tire. Thank you AJ...thank you Discount Tire
Excellent service by the manager David and his staff! Would highly recommend.
Went by yesterday after work, because I had a screw in my brand new 2017 Honda tire. Was worried I would have to replace a new tire. To say David, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful would be an understatement! They were able to plug the tire and get me setup on a warranty that will cover my new expensive tires going forward. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great warranties and great service. I feel like I owe him a beer for being so helpful! :)
I was very happy with all the employees there. All were friendly and attentive.
