Place is trash and the manager is rude and shouldn’t be running that store please don’t come here they make you wait 5 hours to do one tire
Recommendedneeded new tires went in with no appointment got there at 2 p.m. was out of there by 2:45 got five new tires excellent customer service they wore their face masks and social distance

I hate dealing with screws in my tires that result in flat tires!!! But with that being said, Discount tire has quick and the best customer service ever! Thank you!!!
Very friendly and courteous staff. I love that they serve every customer right to the time they close the doors . They don’t leave until you gets serviced, with some exceptions of course depending on the work being done .
I got another flat tire on the way to work today! Yes it was my third flat in the last month 😩😩😩. I work at an elementary school down the street and drive 35 minutes one way to work every day. A coworker was kind enough to drive me over here during my conference this morning to get it looked at. I proceeded to have a crying meltdown at the counter because of all the tire issues/bad luck I’ve had lately.
