Great Service! I showed up right when they opened up at 8:00am with a nail into tire. I had to concerns 1 I need it fixed 2 I needed to be at work in a hour. They accomplished both and had my tire replaced and I was on my way to work by 8:30am. Great experience!
I had an amazing experience at this discount tire. I was dreading going in to get new tires with 2 little ones. Jeffrey helped me and was so patient. My husband had ordered the wrong tires online and he was so knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on which ones to get. They were quick and very courteous. I would definitely recommend this discount tire!!
Always friendly customer service. Get you out as quick as they can and keep checking up on you while you wait. I admit I have driven to this location from another discount tire REPEATEDLY, the previous location telling me either nothing is wrong or EVERYTHING is wrong. I come to white lake because they don't play these games and I don't wait around for 2+ hours. I have been converted!
