Great customer service! Went in at 430 when they close at 5 and 25 minutes later I had a new tire (the old one had a huge piece of metal in it). The whole crew was professional and personal and that made the whole experience worth the money I spent on a new tire. Great customer service isn't something you see very often. Deeply appreciated the service I received! I plan to go back and get a new set of tires in a few months.
Love the White Lake Store, every employee there is always pleasant and go beyond to help you with your needs and always looks for the best bargain for you. The service is great & yet quick. At other locations I have had to wait at least 2 1/2 hours or more for service , tire leak, 2 New tires, etc. At white lake store i was In & our with 2 new tires in under 1 1/2 . I will always give my business to the White Lake location. WAY TO GO GUYS KEEP UP YHE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
The shop was supposed to close at 6pm, it's now 7pm. I'm waiting for my car and I just watched the manager (I think he's the manger, name is Josh) go out and pull a car up to curb (not one they worked on) for a gentleman walking with a cane. So incredibly nice!
Most helpful employees and very knowledgeable. After 2 horrible experiences at Belle Tire i will always come back to Discount Tire. Thank you guys for the outstanding experience and awesome service.
Wow! is all I can say! We sent our daughter here today to get tires. We had priced them in Fenton, but she would not have made it back from work in time to get there before they closed and she was in dire need of tires. She called ahead and asked if they had time ( it was close to 5pm and they close at 6pm) and Jonathan told her that he would have everyone ready to help and she was in and out of this location with new tires in 20 minutes!! This is the only place I go for tires, for mine and my daughters car. They are so helpful. Every time I come in, Jeff helps me. He never tries to take advantage of me, for being a girl, not really knowing what I'm doing! He helps guide me into the most reasonable product, without killing my bank account!! I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to!! Thank you again!
So happy that I had the warranty on my tires. Had to have one relplaced. Had it done on my lunch and they worked fast to get me back on time. Appreciate the quick and friendly service.
