Wouldn't sell me tires I was wanting!! Lost all my business
My family has had my car for almost 10 years, only recently did we start taking it to Discount Tire to get new tires and tire repairs. Now I have lost 4 wheel studs when my husband has tried taking off my tires after having had them fix or replace my tires and there's bound to be more coming off because they cross threaded the lug nuts (so when you try to take them off they're locked and there's no other way to get them off). They are amazing! Went in on my lunch break, I got two new tires, they rotated the back to front, and even reset a sensor for me and was all under fifteen minutes. Customer service is everything, they won me as a lifetime customer
Had a great experience here today. Kimseun helped me get a brand new set of wheels and explained everything clearly. Definitely will be back!
These guys are awesome. I've never had a hard sell to buy anything I don't need. And when money was tight they worked with me to get me back on the road safely without breaking the bank. They're super nice & work really fast. Good job guys!
