I had to wait in my car for 15 minutes because of Covid when there was no one else waiting so I finally went in and was finally helped. I was quoted a lower price on the phone but needed tires so went ahead and got them. Once I got in they for my tires on in a good amount of time then I was outta there.

Before we left home to do some errands, my husband noticed that our right front tire was low. We decided to stop by Discount Tire to get air. When the man who helped me saw the tire, he said it was flat and that they would need to remove it and diagnose it. We waited while that was being done , about 30 minutes, and found out the problem was not the tire but the wheel. Discount Tire fixed the problem and sent us on our way with no charge. Thank you, Discount Tire!

Good peps good products at good prices
I have purchased so many tires from this store over the years and have always felt like they valued their customers. But something has changed over the past year. I'm not sure why, but when I pull in for an air check, the employees just look and continue with what they were doing before you drive up. Twice I've waited 20 minutes before and one checked on me. After waiting ten minutes this third time, I backed out and went to Costco, where the employee stopped and waited on me and refused my $5 tip. I'm sold, I will make all ... read more
