This place is so Awesome and very courteous... I called to ask how much it would cost to fix a flat. The agent responded by saying if it is fixable there will be NO CHARGE.. I paused and said wait i didnt buy my tires from you well not for the car that has the flat .. i did buy from them my tires for my truck.. But anyways i said i purchased these tires somewhere else and the agent said its ok if its fixable NO CHARGE.. WOW They fixed my tire for free and it only took 24 mins.. THANKS GUYS
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Best prices around and quality tires. Just brought my car in with a nail in the tire. They patched it up for free. Any other place would have told me I needed a new tire.
Excellent customer service and they were able to get me in and out at a reasonable time, considering how busy they were.
I called in at 2 o clock. And gave information for my moms tire change. They said she could get out by 5. I was at work...I get a call from her at 4:30 and she tells me that these guys were taking people that came in after her before her car. I left work.. and they told her she would be out in a couple hours. I was like what ?... I come here they tell me about 30 minutes... Its almost 45 minutes since and they haven't even touched her car yet. She's been here for 4 hrs...absolutely horrid customer service
Luis at the front desk is awesome ! He earned you guys a customer for life ! I can't say how much I appreciated not only the high level of customer service, but how rapidly they were able to get me in and out ! I shopped 3 other locations in Streamwood and Hanover Park and these guys were most affordable, had the best selection, the cleanest shop, and the best customer service. Why go anywhere else ?!? Great job guys. Thank you !!
