This place is amazing. The staff here is always friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever I need tires or need help with my tires I come to this Discount Tires. I suggest making an appointment because they get busy very quickly but are always willing to try and help you get back on the road safely.
Wow what a great experience I had! It was fast service and they really took the time to explain what I needed and even showed me the damage on my tire! This is my new tire place! So thankful to find this place great staff!

I have been going to the Discount Tire in Mount Prospect for years as I was first introduced to Discount Tire and this location by my cousin. Even after I moved to Hoffman Estates I refused to go to any other location besides Mt.Prospect. Until the Schaumburg location opened, I decided to finally try out somewhere other than Mt. Prospect. I pulled up when it was already past the store hours, but they were still happy to check my low tires out and see what the problem was. Ended up that there was a big screw in my tire!! I got a new tire in less than 30mins for no charge, great service! !
This place is great. From the phone call to walking out of the shop, you just know you're calling the right place. Very thorough. Forget any other places.
