I was getting out of my car and about heard a hisssss. I had a screw in my tire. I went down the street to an Autozone. I priced the tire patch kit. Well let’s just say I didn’t buy it out of laziness and didn’t want to get dirty and wanted my tire fixed the right way. So I walked into Discount Tire to get a price. Came in with a flat tire due to a puncture. These guys repaired it and got me back on the road in an hour, no charge.
I've purchased over 6 pairs of tires from discount tires over the years. They always have the best prices. Their service is always excellent. I recommend purchasing the road hazard warranty. I've personally used it on a couple of occasions due to the lousy roads with all of the pot holes in IL. Just yesterday I had a flat on a Saturday one of their busiest days of the week. Brian went above and beyond to help me out. I came in for 2 tires to find out I needed 4 tires but only has money for two. He was very worried about my long drive and helped me out so I could get all 4 tires and pay with my next check. I almost cried
