I went in yesterday morning. The tire was completely flat. It had a hole in the side wall. So they put the spare on the rim to the truck since it was the same tire and replaced the spare. I was waiting an hour which isn't bad. The customer service was great. Till I went to give the truck to my mom and she found out they put the damaged tire back on the truck! how do you get a tire with a giant hole in the side wall mixed up with a brand new tire. So thankful that Ruben works at this location. He took very good care of me at the Gessner location when I drove the Caddy DHS. He worked at the Pearland location for a year after that. Now he is @ this location right by my house. Such a blessing!
The service is excellent. Paying a little extra for their replacement/warranty is by far an extremely good bargain. I bought a new set of tires for my Cadillac a while back and today my car showed that one if my tires was 5 pounds lower in air than it was when I left for work, I found a nail in it. They got my car in, fixed the tire, rotated and balanced all of them and I didn't pay a dime.

I ordered tires online Friday evening, called to confirm my order Saturday morning, spoke with a very nice man, I called today to just check and the man I spoke to today, Rickey was very short and rude. Basically he accused me of lying about ordering tires and they didn't have an order. I will just take my business somewhere else!
