I am not happy with Discount Tire at Hwy 6, Missouri City in my recent experience. I've been customer with this particular store for the last 10 years, where the sales persons are always courteous, but after my last visit, I question the honesty. I replaced 2 tires on 3/2 and 3/12 for passenger front and rear tires respectively. Since I picked up the car on 3/12, low tire pressure light has been on. I can’t thank Pedro Lazo at Missouri City Hwy 6 Discount Tire enough! We had a flat and subsequently a complete and totally shredded blowout while hauling a cargo trailer. Lo and behold...the spare is not in the trailer. We unhook and DH takes the truck and trailer rim and leaves me with the trailer in a parking lot right off the highway. He returns minutes later with the new tire and a tale of EXCELLENT customer service! Duvall was extremely helpful...provided me my numbers for my.. tires... told me exactly what I need...
I was the second person in line at 7:30, they opened up almost 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time. The employees were all extremely nice and very prompt service. I was in and out but 8:15am!!
