After having the tires on my truck rotated, I had a tire that was losing air. It turns out their guys pulled a screw out of a non repairable section of the tire. I was not told about the screw, and had to go back after the fact. They proceeded to show me the location of the hole, and then informed me "we can't put the tire back on your vehicle, you have to buy about new tire" these jokers tried to hold my truck hostage and charge me for about new tire. They told me I was next in line. After three cars went by I asked the manager if I was next in line why have three cars went by? I was next. If your gonna lie make sure everyone knows so you don't get wires crossed. Week store probably will never go back. I know Les Swab want be so in your face dishonest. I also noticed in the 2 hours of waiting for lug nuts that people would call asking for used tires. He didn't even look and just replied oh sorry we don't have that in stock but I can sell you a new one. Marketing scam.
Every time I leave this place I call my wife to tell her how fantastic they are. I wish they were running for president.
I waited two hours to just have a tire put on a wheel. I didn't have to have it put on car or anything. I watched people who came in after me get done before me. Terrible!!
Great service. Had a small nail in my tire and they fixed it. Plus, he looked and told me I was due to have my tires rotated. Nail gone, tired fixed and all tires rotated. Very happy. And it only took about 30 mins in all. Love this place.
Fixed my flat tire for free! Very professional and curtious. Had us back on the road in no time!
