I came in today desperately needing tires and this place hooked me up even though it was 15 minutes before closing they were very polite and helpful I highly recommend this place
I had my tires rotated yesterday,every time i have it done the leave my center caps lose and i had one fall off today long story short need to pay attention to detail it happens every time I go in other than that service is quick
If it was possible I would give them a negative rating I myself have been in the automotive industry over 30 years I have dealt with several tire shops and have never felt so disgusted in my life they lied to me about my parts then when called out about it their employee made another mistake and then as I left on the phone talking explaining what was going on to my significant other there employee was in the parking lot mocking me thinking that I was talking about him very poor customer service and horrible quality work
Brandon came to my rescue last night! I limped in on 3 tires and a rim after puncturing my tire. It was 6:15 and the store was already closed. He happily replaced my tire with a smile and immediately put me at ease. He made what could have been a really terrible night a non issue. He deserves a raise!! EXCELLENT customer service Brandon. I can't thank you enough.
