Well, I bought 4 brand new tires yesterday and my car is on the side of the road with a flat and because they are closed today I can't do anything
They sent us some other place to do the wheel alignment after they installed new tires. Since then we noticed back tires wear down so fast, we had to change them to new tire in 6 months, they said its not alignment problem and charged prorated price. In few months we had to go back for another pair and they said it's not their responsibility and had to charge full price. We went to NTB, got new tires and alignment. No problem since then . We were royal customers of discount tires but no more!
Came in on a Saturday , in an out less than an hr!
This location is wonderful, as is the company. It is so refreshing to find a company that stands by their work, and if things go awry they immediately take responsibility and fix it. Brad specifically was extremely receptive and helpful, but the whole staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. Bravo! I am a customer for life.

Danny Rodriguez. Technician at the Steve Reynolds location. Unbelievable service. My vehicle has special needs and Danny was very attentive and delicate with my vehicle respecting all of my somewhat unrealistic needs and completed them with a smile and a wonderful attitude. I am very pleased. It was the 4th tire shop I'd been to today. All of which turned me away and one store actually damaged my lugs because they didn't listen to me about not using impact on the lugs.
