RecommendedOn two tires they were $200 cheaper then bell tire . Best place is discount tire by far
good quality service I have bought several sets of tires also have had to use the warranty with no problems
went today to get a tire plugged, there was a slight mishap on an employees end. the manager came to me immediately to let me know and fix the issue. I ended up walking out with 4 brand new tires with a warranty for next to nothing. The manager could have just replaced the 1 tire, not told me the truth and charged me for the repair. Every employee is honest, friendly, and very fairly priced. I highly recommend them to everyone!
After the previous manager that recently left put me in a difficult situation an employee named Kevin worked very hard to right the wrong. He was very patient and understanding and made me feel very secure during the whole ordeal. I highly recommend having Kevin help with all of your needs! Give that guy a raise :)
On January 17th I purchased 4 tires as a manager suggestion and 1 week and 14 miles later aas I was driving to a friend's house the left rear tire and rim fell off my truck. The tow truck driver took my truck to them and I showed another manager the damage from the tire that fell off and he indicated that the studs and wheel would be replaced at no cost to me. Ken the manager was awesome. All the men and women were very quick to help me and had a positive attitude. Like they love there jobs. Ken reminded me to make sure I get the $50+ rebate. I always get my tires from the Taylor Discount Tire Shop.
They rotated my tires and replace a bad valve stem didn’t charge me a penny
they always do good work here at the taylor location big dans the guy you go to when you need some tires!
Overall it was really good everything was taken care of at minimal cost And the workers there are very friendly and hard-working
