The parking lot and 1 other car then mine the shop had 2 empty spots, so Kevin the Manager said he could have my car done in less an hour. I hour later I had to approach Manager Kevin and ask why my car was not moved? It took me standing in the parking lot taking pictures to get my done in 20 minutes! Why Kevin Manager did you take so many car before mine? You messed with the wrong person today, you have horrible reviews in fb, Instagram,and Twitter. Bad Kevin

Thank you Skylar, he assisted with picking out the best tire for my daughters car today. He told me it would be an hour and with all the people there I had my doubts, 45 minutes later I was pulling out! All 4 tires replaced and balanced, thank you for that great service this morning.

I had a great experience with a tire rotation. I had an appoinment and was in and out. The person handling my car was super nice and informative. When I need tires, I will definitely purchase from them.

I have to give shout out to Discount Tire in Taylor. First time I had an issue with my tire, they didn't have one in stock, sent me on my way with a free used one. Bought my tires from them. I had a flat this morning. Telewick Towing (great tow company and professional service) towed me and my truck to Discount Tire. No sooner was my truck off the tow truck they had it in a bay checking it out. To my dismay, it was a rim leak, have to leave it over night, have to order the rim. 3 hours to my surprise, they call, rim came in ... read more
