This review is based on how this store acted to resolve a mistake. I had come in for balancing. Nothing major, but as I drove away it was clear the taped on weights were contacting my calipers. I promptly returned and they resolved the issue apologetically. Very quick to get the car back in and resolve the issue. Above all my expectations, I set up the rules and they delivered. Guess third time is a charm (I tried two other different locations before) In and out in 31 minutes, no scratches no issues.

We absolutely love this Discount Tire location!! Chase is the best. Always so helpful and knowledgeable every time we come in. They offer superb customer service and make sure you're in and out quickly. We always take our cars here versus the dealership, where it's not only a better price, but a much better experience.

Been here a few times, very professional, great customer service. I would say they're properly staffed for the amount of business they get, so wait time is reasonable. Clean and well lit waiting area.
