I actually posted a Facebook status about this yesterday while I was in the store...I'll copy and paste that here. "Hey, s/o to the employees at Discount Tire on Ford Rd. in Dearborn Heights. Some of the nicest, friendliest, most helpful people I've ever encountered, regardless of business type. USAA-level customer service. I never imagined my day could be made by a visit to the tire store!"
The company should supply Wi-Fi! Everything else was terrific.
After a HORRIBLE experience at Bel Tire, I went to Discount Tire and now I wont go anywhere else! They actually listen to you, help you, show you whats going on with your tires, and in and out quickly. Amazing customer service, who took the time to educate me on the different tire options. Will never go anywhere else! I cant say enough great thhings about Discount Tire.
I will only get my tires here. The guys are very knowledgeable and kind. 30 minutes to get to my tires rotated. Not bad. Amazing actually.
I went in on 11/24 to have a tire repaired that was under warranty. I woke up this morning in Westland with a flat on the same tire that was supposedly fixed and your closed. Not happy at all.

Nate, Jeff, and the other workers were very helpful, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and timely. They also have a better selection of more affordable tires than Belle Tire with the same services and warranty options.
