Very bad service Never going to this place again.. sold me the wrong tires then wants to charge me extra for replacing them wasting 3 hours of my time.
They need wifi which would make the wait a lot better other than that they are great.... They fix the problem and you are back on the road!
I blew a tire out on my way to get my check, Jim was great and very patient. I had to use my father's card to get my tire paid for but the other man in the shop told me this is a one time thing only and that for all he knows I could have a buddy on the other side of the phone with a stolen credit card. Jim was very patient and this was a 5 star experience before I was accused of being a thief basically. Jim knows customer care and used better judgment to see that I was in a bad situation and I appreciate his business.
Inspected the tires outside drove it inside all of the sudden bubble in the tire ok new set of tires next thing you know they ruined all four of my rims that were PlastiDip professionally basically told me oh well buy new can and you can fix it yourself never will go back to that store
I'm loving how my car is driving with new tires...
I purchased new tires and paid for the full warranty. I had a flat due to running over a screw. Took my tire in to find out it needed to be replaced. They did not have the matching tire in stock and had to order one. I was told it would be in within 2-3 days. 10 days later I am still getting BS stories. Now they claim they don't know what happened and are ordering another tire. So much for a hassle free warranty. I should have went with Belle tire in the first place!!
