great service! Very professional! most of the time Service is quick! But sometimes I have to wait a little while longer than usual but that's only because they are very busy yet thorough!
Long wait, was told about 2hours, left to do a few things came back and never lost my place in line.
I had my Ford Escape towed here late at night 11pm when they where closed due to a flat with striped lug nuts . By the time I got here 30 minutes after they opened the guy that helped me out was ready to help and had already gotten the size of the tires and had different options for me. It did take a while for vehicle to be ready and I see several reviews compiling about that but from what I see these guys are busy never did I see anyone waiting around ... including guys in the shop ... Very long wait every time I go there. They act like they don’t care your wait in LONG. The average wait has been about 1 1/2 hours. Unacceptable in my opinion.
They are great got my car in and out when I was in a hurry
