My go to location for any tire problems. I was greeted as soon as I parked. Wyatt presented outstanding customer service this morning. I am no guru with these matters and was glad to know that my car was in good hands. Thank you Wyatt and the AM staff for your genuine customer care satisfaction. Very friendly staff with a clean waiting area stocked with beverages for the customers. Keep up the great job!
Did not have the tires I needed for my Lexus, so I had to wait for them to come in. Then they ordered the wrong tires, so I had to wait again for the correct tires to come in. Then it took over an hour and half for them to get the job done, and they were not even busy at the time. There were other customers that came in after me, and left before me. In all my years of dealing with Discount Tires, this is the first time I have had a negative experience. I will not be going back there.
