The physical service was great, but I'm on my third set of chrome stem caps! They throw away one or all every time and don't know what they are doing with them? It might not seem important but they are MINE. Why not drop them in the plastic bag with the work order and keys???
I was there for 7:30 open up at 8:00 and this nice guy name Devon was so friendly check me in and out 8:15 I would recommend Discount Tire ::

Went to have my tires inspected, as I thought it was time for them to be replaced. Michael Reese was the associate that helped me. Said the tires needed to be replaced, and, showed me the options available. He let me make the decision on the tires. Told me it would be about 45 minutes. It actually was less. I appreciate that Michael never tried to sell me something I didn't need. He was friendly, and, helpful.
First time going to Discount in Houston and Josue was VERY welcoming and helpful! I'll be back for my other tires in a few weeks. My brother works at Discount in AZ and I felt right at home, thank you!
