Absolutely the worst customer service on record! Do not go here! They will not take care of your needs!!!!
RecommendedI waited 4 hours to have a tired checked.. and then they did not have a tire in stock for my vehicle. Very frustrating. The wait is ALWAYS EXTREMELY LONG! They guys are very nice but the wait time and inventory is an issue!

the west Pearland location has always been professional and truthful. I have been going there for years for my tires and tire maintenance.
I need someone to contact me asap. I left something at the store and dont want to wait until monday to get it.

Chandler went above & beyond to assist me today. I completely busted my factory rim, & he was able to locate one for me, have it delivered to Discount & get it installed, all in the same day. He saved me a lot of trouble & even saved me some money. Thank you!!!

Chris chuvala was awesome his s Store was able to take lug lock off since son lost the key.Fixed my tire in and out quickly.Chris super friendly to all and great customer service and timing.
