After speaking with mr. Let me be clear... The people at this location (Novi on Grand River Rd) are the best people in the tire business, PERIOD!!! YOU COULD NOT FIND OR HAVE BETTER PEOPLE WORKING. The Store Manager, Ken Hamilton, is an absolutely fantastic guy and the salesman that I worked with, Will, is a gem and worked out a great deal on two sets of tires for my H2 and Volvo XC90. I'll be bringing in three more vehicles shortly. Great prices, GREAT service, and like I said earlier, great people. 5 Stars!
