Fixed a tire for me that Toyota said couldn't be fixed...saved me a bunch of money�thanks
After being told my flat tire would not be fixed because my tires were unsafe and they could not help me, it's not for them to make that decision, corporate hooked me up with the store on 53rd and Wadsworth, manager Big Dave was very nice fixed my flat for no charge and I was on my way! Thank you so much! By the way my tires and vehicle are safe....this store wanted me to buy new tires instead of fixing my flat tire. Won't be back to this location. Sales are more important than giving customer satisfaction.
I did make a appointment which was a good idea because it was slammed !!!! I have to hand it to the guys there though..it was so busy & they kept their cool even though I'm sure they were ready for a drink....lol. I had my seasonal tires changed out & they got it done faster than I was told so that's always good. I'll return...oh I had bought my snow tires there last year & they charged me $50 even ..I guess it went up to $60 this year but they still only charged $50 because that what I was told. From they guy who checked the air in my tires, to the guy at the counter, and the guy who brought me the car at the end...the customer service here is excellent!
I never have issues here. Love the friendly/speedy service! Today though, I would have been ok waiting a lot longer if it meant I could check Dan out same time next week? How often is too often for tire rotation?
I have never had a less than excellent trip to discount. Everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable, they do a great job and are always busy but not too busy to focus on the customer in front of them.
