Very professional shop! Just gained a new customer!
Discount on 64th and Simms strike again and for the last time!! They use an impact to start the lug nuts and have cross threaded numerous lug nuts. It happened again the last time we took it in and the Discount on 53rd/wads just found it. Back to Brakes Plus for them to fix a broken lug stud. It’s sad that the kids learning how to use tools are thought the wrong way to use them.

The staff at this location are very condescending and their general tone is that the customer can’t possibly know what they are talking about. They need some serious training or better leaders. This location has turned a 15 year customer off and I’ll be purchasing my tires elsewhere.
The guys here were great. Since I wasn’t too far away, they sent someone to help me when I got a flat. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and quick!
