RecommendedI was travelling through the Dallas area, and picked up a roofing nail in a tire. Within 1/2 hour the tire was repaired, and I was informed repairs like mine are free of charge! Awesome crew, and business practice. Well over 2,000 additional miles on that tire so far. Thank You!
Had a flat over the weekend and popped in today to get it fixed. I fully expected to have to wait FOREVER (Sachse location is always backed up for hours) but was in and out with 2 new tires installed (one covered under warranty) in under 30 minutes. Nicest guys. Super fast service. Highly recommend, won't go anywhere else.

Came in with a faulty OEM tire- Woody and team contacted mfg and got it covered at 100%. Saved me $440 dollars. Then while waiting I found an online deal via sams club and they priced matched for tires on my other vehicle. 35 minutes to replace tires on each vehicle! Nice waiting room. However they need to get WiFi!! Support this local Wylie store and go see Woody!

Joe Green is the Manager at this store and to this day, the store POS will NOT return my money!!!!!! I have yet to receive my money back that this store stole from me! Their policy is that "if you do NOT like anything, just bring it back and they will give you your money back". This is such BULLSHIT coming from Discount Tire. This facility stole from me and now I cannot get my money back!!!!!!!!!! Joe Green is a THIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Waited for 2 hours to have a tire patched not happy with their service. I will continue to go to the discount tire in Sachse never had a problem with them.
