I have used this location 2 times in the last four weeks for the same problem on the same tire and the first time I thought your service was bad but today's visit on been horrific. I will not be sending anyone to this location. Thank goodness the location in Hiram actually has their act together. Not impressed with your front counter staff especially Armon and Brad.
Thanks for treating me with respect. They gave me 2 brand new tires for FREE. I had some issues with a previous job and they replaced my tires. That is how you keep customer loyalty. I gotta bake yall a cake to say thanks.
